Fabulous big small house

Points positifs : Amazingly well set up gite, 3 fabulous good size double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus laundry and off street parking. Decor was beautiful and everything was so well thought through. Communication was proactive and excellent the whole way through. The spa pool was the icing on the cake - so spoilt to have access to this.

Points négatifs : It’s a little bit of a walk, uphill to get home.

Relaxing, fun, easy and comfortable.

Points positifs : We loved everything about this property. It was clean, spacious, and easy walk into Épernay. The kitchen was very well equipped. We appreciated the spices and hens for our home made dinners. We all loved the garden! You can see the house is a labour of love for the owners.

The four of us had a lovely stay . The host left a welcoming bottle of champagne and fresh vegetables from the garden

Points positifs : It had a lovely homely feel with a garden and a view . The patio was great for dinning out and the spa pool was perfect after a long day of working . Lovely location close to the champagne houses

Lovely house in Epernay

Points positifs : Good location, 15 min walk into the town centre. Nicely decorated and very clean. Instructions were very clear and Alex was great both before arriving and with any issues whilst at the gite.

Epernay bubbles.

Points positifs : Friendly and attentive host. Patio and garden were private and quiet. Within walking distance of shops and close to good restaurants. The hot tub was great and kept perfectly clean.

Points négatifs : One of our group who has mobility and sight difficulties found the twisting stairs and outward opening bathroom doors tricky.

Very comfortable house

Points positifs : Lovely house and a beautiful garden. Weather was bad unfortunately, but the jacuzzi really nice. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked to make your own meals. A short walk (15 min) into town for fresh baguette and croissants. Overall a great place to stay!

Points négatifs : There are quite some rules to read through, but I understand that the owners are very proud of the house and would like to keep it in top shape.

Even Better than the photos .

Points positifs : Quiet location, view of vineyards all around. Good quality furnishings, bedding etc v comfy beds. Loved the terrace and hot tub. Hosts very communicative and lot of good recommendations.

Points négatifs : Nothing really, but would say ideal for 4 adults not 6 The Angle of Stairs in the house, and the walk back from town is uphill, so probably not suited to people with mobility issues.
