Parfait!
Points positifs : La communication s’est déroulée très rapidement et sans problème. Avant notre arrivée, nous avons envoyé un message afin qu’Alexandre puisse nous remettre la clé. L’endroit est assez central, dans un environnement calme. Le soir et la nuit, il n’y a aucun bruit de rue. C’est une maison très agréable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Tout était très propre et bien rangé. Des serviettes de bain étaient également fournies, ainsi que quelques petites attentions de la part de l’hôte. Il y a un petit jardin très agréable attenant à la maison, où il fait bon se détendre ; même en cette fin octobre, c’était un véritable atout. Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce logement et avons immédiatement réservé pour l’année suivante.
Points négatifs : Éventuellement, une boîte à clé afin d’être un peu moins dépendant d’une heure précise. Mais tout s’est très bien passé et tout le monde a été super sympathique.

Un bonheur !
Points positifs : Nous étions 7 pour un WE familial. La maison est très intelligemment aménagée (SDB et toilettes notamment) et très joliement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et d'idées. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec de délicates attentions. La maison est très bien située dans Epernay. Cela permet de toit faire à pied.

Lovely warm welcome and property.
Points positifs : A very warm welcome from the host on arrival. Great location, well presented and maintained. Some lovely original features available, walking distance for most of the town & Avenue de Champagne. Perfect for what our family needed for our stay in Epernay.
Points négatifs : Plenty of parking available for a fee. We are a tall family & found the loft rooms a little tricky to negotiate.

Fabulous house close to Avenue de Champagne and the town centre
Points positifs : The house is exquisitely decorated. You can tell a lot of love has gone into it and you feel right at home. The sitting area was perfect for chilling after a hard day on Avenue de Champagne and the whole house was equipped with everything you needed. The showers are modern and top quality. It's on a quiet street so any light sleepers will love it here. One of the best places I've ever stayed!
Points négatifs : Nothing - just bring some socks with grip or slipper with grip as the floors and stairs can be slippery.

Perfect stay
Points positifs : Beautiful home. Everything we needed. The garden is so lovely to sit out in for breakfast and in the evening.
Points négatifs : We visited during a heatwave and the attic bedrooms were hot although there were big dyson fans to help make us more comfortable.

Elegant, comfortable, recently renovated town house in great location,
Points positifs : Beautifully decorated, recently renovated town house. Lovely small courtyard garden where we were able to have our first bottle of champagne of the weekend, kindly left by the owner! Great location, 5 mins or so flat walk to the town. Easy parking (need to pay, but cheap) in the road outside. The delightful owners met us on arrival and again on departure.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back!
Points positifs : The property was clean, spacious and beautifully presented. It’s in a perfect location for the many activities in Epernay and walking distance to the train station. There is also free parking a very short walk away. Absolutely perfect stay!
