Week-end très agréable entre amis.

Points positifs : La maison est magnifique, très confortable. Idéal quand on est nombreux. Hôtes flexibles et arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ce qui est très appréciable.

Points positifs : La situation de la maison, ses commodités, l'espace viable... vraiment top pour 4 couples.

Points négatifs : Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, mais franchement, on a su s'en passer sans aucun souci :)

Points positifs : La maison est très bien située au centre d'Epernay avec 4 grande chambre, 3 salle de bains, une grande cuisine et un salon. Le propriétaire est super sympathique et très réactive aussi. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend et on y retournera certainement quand on retourne à Epernay.

Points positifs : The property was in excellent location close to great restaurants and shopping areas. Easy to navigate and walk around beautiful Épernay. Plenty of room to socialise or get own space in this property. It is spectacular and full of character and charm.

Points négatifs : No fault of the owners but being near a restaurant that decided to set up at 4 AM right underneath the bedroom windows. Extremely Loud . Again no fault of the owners. It looks tired on the outside but inside is spectacular. Needs more than 1 teatowll

An amazing place to stay

Points positifs : An excellent house with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to the avenue de champagne and fabulous restaurants. We loved the mix of old and modern.

Points négatifs : Very little things like no dryer and a couple of basics missing in the kitchen

great holiday

Points positifs : great location , huge rooms , windows in the communal area overlooked the square . I expected parking to be awkward but I was pleasantly surprised at how close to the house we could park for a small parking change.

Points négatifs : more than 1 key for the front door. We were a large party and quite often went off on different activities and having only 1 key caused issues

Very central and nice location.

Points positifs : In the middle of Epernay, nicely located with plenty of public parking areas around. The house itself is freshly renovated and lovely with three bathrooms. Everything is in walking distance (butcher, several bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets) especially the Av. de Champagne :-).

Points négatifs : All four bedrooms are pointing/located to a very lively square, that can be very noisy in summer time with open windows.
