Points positifs : Très bel appartement bien aménagé, décoré avec goût et propreté irréprochable. Situation calme et près du centre. Sandra est bienveillante et a prévu des petites attentions.

Points positifs : La propreté des lieux, l'emplacement dans le centre ville, l'intérêt du propriétaire pour notre bien être... J'y retourne pour mon prochain séjour à epernay..!!

Points négatifs : Pas de ventilateur ou petit climatiseur présents, cela aurait été appréciable.

Appartement rénové à neuf, très bien équipé et situé au centre d’Epernay

Points positifs : la clarté, qualité des matériaux et l’équipement de l’appartement, et la situation au centre d’Epernay.

Points négatifs : petit bémol: oreillers trop gros et denses, et matelas dur.

Points positifs : Apartment was very clean and chic. The apartment was very well provisioned. Excellent location in the centre of Epernay. The property was very nicely decorated, clean and crisp white bedlinen. Parking was easy, right outside the apartment and if required there was underground parking close by. The host was really helpful and made some great recommendations. We enjoyed our trip to Hautvilliers and champagne house visits. The Moet and Chandon cellar trip is a must.

Prfect weekend in Eperny - new very comfortable flat

Points positifs : This was really cute, newly renovated, well equipped apartment for two in a quiet building at central location. Host is extremely pleasant and helpful. Underground garage is 2 min away. Grocery as well.

Points positifs : Really fantastic location. We walked everywhere. Well appointed apartment with everything we needed. All appliances in excellent condition, new and very clean. Great communication with host.

Points négatifs : Three flights of very steep stairs could be problematic for some guest. Parking was on the street and paid for by the hour. We got lucky with a park right out front and so didn’t move it during our stay. There was no laundry detergent so we couldn’t do laundry … I’m sure it was just a small over site but something to check if you’re intending to do laundry.

A modern, clean and comfortable oasis in a lovely town.

Points positifs : The apartment was spotless, comfortable, modern and well furnished. Little touches like tissues and cotton buds in the bathroom and coffee pods for the coffee machine - everything was well thought out. It is walking distance to everywhere in Epernay, including the Avenue de Champagne. Also a good base for exploring the region by car or by train. Sandra offered a free glass at her family champagne house in Hautvillers, which was a lovely few hours. All in all, I would highly recommend!

Points négatifs : It wasn’t a problem because the flat was so modern and well put together, but the apartment block communal areas are in need of an update.

Points positifs : The apartment is very well located, in the centre. The furniture is brand-new, the apartment is perfect, very clean and it is equipped with whatever you might need at home, and even more! You have even some bottles of good champagne to enjoy with your beloved one!
