A clean, well-located apartment with great host communication – perfect for a small group exploring

Points positifs : The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including good Wi-Fi and plenty of utensils. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the town centre and all the main attractions. The host provided fantastic pre-arrival information, including clear instructions on how to access the property and helpful tips about the local area – a really thoughtful touch.

Points négatifs : While the apartment was comfortable for the four of us, I think it would be a tight fit for six adults. It’s on the smaller side, so it may not be ideal for larger groups.

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Epernay close to everything

Points positifs : Fabulous apartment, well equipped & great location close to Avenue de Champagne, shops, restaurants & bars. Apartment very clean & a lovely communicative host

Points négatifs : Not a dislike - there are 2 lovely bathrooms (1 en suite) but only one toilet. Not a problem for us, but to be aware of.

We lived our stay, the location was perfect, the apartment was really nice and the host was ver helpful. Would recommend

Points positifs : Excellent location, everything was walkable including the train station, supermarkets, restaurants and the all important champagne houses. The host is also incredibly responsive, she specially bought a baby cot for my baby which I appreciates greatly.

Points négatifs : Not a didn’t like - just a heads up that this place has two bathrooms but one toilet so one to be aware off if there are multiple people staying.

Points négatifs : Although this is advertised as having two bathrooms, there is only one toilet which I hadn’t realised when booking.

Points positifs : Location in the old centre at the bottom floor was exactly as what we where looking for. Double bed rooms with two bathrooms also. We could easily find somewhere to eat at the evenings and it was wery close to the main Champagne houses, that we mainly came to visit. Also close to the baloon, and there where a public garage very close to the flat whith reasonable prices for the entire stay.

Points négatifs : There where a gate to the inner yard to other residence just next to it. It was very loud in one of the bedrooms. There should be two toilets for four people.

Points positifs : Excellent location, clean and comfortable. We never met the host, but the instructions communication was perfect.
