Points positifs : Tout d'abord, nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires qui sont accueillants et sympathiques. La propriété est parfaitement située face à Épernay (5 minutes en voiture). Le quartier est magnifique, la propriété est au calme. Cour équipée, barbecue, etc. Intérieur élégant, tout neuf, propre, parfait. Cuisine entièrement équipée.

Points positifs : Awesome location and great stay. Near some smaller vineyards which became a favourite. Would stay again, house is well kitted out and comfortable.

Points négatifs : Wifi wasn’t working and limited reception wasn’t ideal but wasn’t a deal breaker

well equipped, clean property in a peaceful location, 10 minutes from the centre of Epernay.

Points positifs : loved the location. The breakfast was extra, good value. Lovely fresh bread, croissants, cheese, butter, Jam, fruit, juice, milk. Delivered in a lovey basket and left by the door so as not to disturb us, also at a time of our request. Unfortunately, we do not speak enough French and our hosts spoke very little English, but somehow we managed to communicate. They allowed us a later check out. This property did sleep 6/ +2 extra in the living room. I think if 8 people were staying it would feel a little cramped and probably need an extra bathroom. But, there were only 2 of us. Everything was very clean. Nice shower. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels, nice bedding. Space to sit outside and eat on the balcony and other garden area.

Points négatifs : Not a dislike really, but the TV reception did not work so well. Not really an issue, but husband tried to watch football, not easy to watch. A bit brighter lighting in the bathroom would be useful. Few lamps in the living room.

Great location, home, and owners

Points positifs : Really nice place with more than we needed, the bed and couch were both comfortable and so was the overall setup. Liliane was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as it is 10 minutes from Épernay and in a very quiet area.

Points négatifs : We visited in December so no chance to use the outdoor balcony, although it also looked very nice for summer!

zeer mooi verbijf, rustig en prachtig gelegen tegen de flank van de wijngaarden

Points positifs : we hadden geen ontbijt gevraagd, kamers, leefruimte, terras waren zeer ruim en ordelijk, er was champagne aanwezig in een speciale koelkast, verder alle comfort en ruimte om tot rust te komen. We hebben ruim gebruik gemaakt van de gas bqq

Points négatifs : Het was toen heel warm, een zwembad zou fantastisch geweest zijn :)

Points positifs : Top locatie en heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Fris gewassen beddengoed en handdoeken. Een huisje met alles erop en eraan. Mooi uitzicht met terras en tuin.
