L'endroit magique pour visiter la champagne

Points positifs : Un accueil parfait, un logement incroyable: vaste, luxueux, superbement équipé et magnifique. Cet endroit est dans le top de mon classement (qui compte des centaines de locations en Europe et Maroc entre autres... j'y reviens au plus vite Et cela sans compter la qualité du champagne.. mon préféré est le blanc de noir N'hésitez pas... réservez

Points négatifs : De repartir car c'était loué..

Fabulous few days in Verzy

Points positifs : We had a fabulous 4 night stay here in Verzy. We drove to the property, and chose Verzy as we were exploring Champagne, and had a picnic booked at Veuve Ciquot which you can walk to from the property. We were only 2 people, but had the whole villa to ourselves. A really well equiped kitchen, air con in the bedroom, lovely bathroom, and some gorgous additional rooms. We had hoped to do a champagne tasting, but Laurent was busy with harvest etc, so totally understand he was too busy. We did though try one of the champagnes.

Points négatifs : A bbq would have bee great, but not a show stopper for us. Just fabulous

Points positifs : We truly enjoyed our time here. The villa is beautiful, equipped and spans 3 floors - we were 11 people, including couples, and everyone had privacy. Easy to park if you’re renting a car. We also really like their champagne and bought many bottles. Thank you very much to our super host Laurent!

The absolute villa experience!

Points positifs : We were 4 couples and had the whole villa for us. Very spacious and clean rooms and a nice Living room and kitchen. Very kind host ! Good location to explore the region

Excellent stay amongst the vines

Points positifs : We stayed here for 3 nights and also did a tasting and we would highly recommend! The accommodation is enormous and extremely well maintained! We loved the large dining area and circular champagne tasting room in the turret! We also did a tasting which was brilliant and I genuinely thought it was some of the nicest champagne we had whilst travelling around (and we drank a lot of it!) The accomodation is placed perfectly amongst the vines so that you can have a lovely walk around. There’s also nice walks in the Forrest about a 5-10 mins drive away. It’s about 15-20 mins drive away from Riems and Verzy the nearest village is a very beautiful quaint little place that you can walk to in approximately 20 minutes which has a boulangerie, bar, restaurant and multiple champagne houses. All in all I definitely recommend!

Points positifs : Very friendly and kind hosts. A very beautiful field. Relatively close to all the well-known or lesser-known champagne producers of the Grand Cru.

Points négatifs : Sampania Pierre Monnaie Blancs de Blancs is extraordinary.

Amazing

Points positifs : The hospitality of the hosts is something anyone can take an example too. Really good facility and in my opinion the most underrated champagne in the region!

Points positifs : Everything. Bedrooms were amazing. We had the two ground floor rooms. Very comfortable beds. The champagne circular room.

Points négatifs : Maybe lounging seats in the rear garden.

Points positifs : Laurent was a fabulous host, he was accommodating and very personable. The house was stunning and absolutely spotless. We had a fantastic stay and took part in the champagne tasting on site which was so informative. Nothing was too much trouble including accommodating the extra room we required. It was a beautiful and serene setting and just what was needed for our break. Would definitely recommend the house and area. Although a little quiet I would imagine at harvest time this little area would definitely be full of life. Thank you Laurent it was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for a wonderful stay

Wonderful luxurious space to spend a weekend exploring the champagne region

Points positifs : We were three generations of a family staying together and there was plenty of space. The property has been fully renovated to a high standard and was very comfortable. The dining area was well equipped with glasses and plates etc. The children loved seeing the horses in the stables across the courtyard. The location is great for exploring the champagne region although you probably do need a car to do this. We enjoyed visiting Épernay and doing a tour of a champagne house and visiting Reims cathedral on another day. The Pierre Monnaie champagne was wonderful too!
