Points positifs : La localisation sur l’avenue de Champagne. La cordialité des hôtes. Lit confortable et chambre joliment aménagée.les espaces salon, et la dégustation incluse. Le petit déjeuner partagé avec de hôtes étrangers.

Points négatifs : Quelques petits défauts : lampe manquante dans une lampe de chevet. La télévision s’obstinant à délivrer une image de zébrures, alors que nous souhaitions voir un match de Roland Garros.

Belle découverte

Points positifs : 1) la confiance dans les guests. Plein d'objets de valeur laissé en belle vue sans que personne n'y touche. 2) le decor des espaces était calme. Aucun forme de stress n'y était présente. 3) le design de la salle de bain: très pratique (douche ouverte)

Points négatifs : Franchement, rien. tout était optimale.

The most welcome we’ve ever been made to feel in such a beautiful establishment!

Points positifs : From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were treated like family! We were so well looked after (and even our sons who were staying at another hotel were welcomed by the hosts and treated like part of their family too). The location is excellent and on the Avenue de Champagne - we were treated to a complimentary Champagne tasting which we didn’t need to book (and the champagne was the best we have tasted!!) - and the room was just beautiful! We were given free rein of the entire property and honestly, we felt like royalty! We loved it so much we already want to return soon!!

A beautifull place to stay in the middle of the heart of Champagne.

Points positifs : A beautifull way to celebrate World Champagne Weekend 2025. The service, the room, breakfast and free champagnes of the house made this stay perfect. We definatly come back!

Points positifs : It was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with gorgeous facilities that make you feel completely relaxed and at home. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always going out of their way to make our stay special. The location couldn’t be better — perfect for exploring and enjoying the area. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to stay again!

Points positifs : We had an amazing night, we loved our room and the whole experience.Our room was beautiful, the private bathroom had the best shower. From the time we checked in we were treated like family. We had our wine tasting in a cozy courtyard. The staff were great, our room was so comfortable and clean. They could not do enough for us. Points positifs : Great location for a long weekend in Epernay, comfortable room and friendly staff. The champagne tasting included was excellent.

Points négatifs : We were the only guests one night and woke up to no breakfast in the morning, although when contacted they did act quickly to resolve the matter!

Points positifs : Location is fantastic, beautiful building, and big spacious room and bathroom. Champagne tastings in the main lounge were an unexpected bonus
