Points négatifs : Odeur de tabac froid dans un des chambres

Fantastic stay In a very beautiful city.

Points positifs : Fabulous location . Very easy to park Apartment was fantastic, lovely big bedrooms. Bathroom was small but had everything you needed. 5 of us were staying and were very cosy. Very warm. Smart TV was brilliant addition.

Points négatifs : Kitchen was very small and lacked a few essentials, such as a bread knife. Two of the cupboards were ridiculously high up!

Highly recommended

Points positifs : It's located in 10min walk from the city center and 15min from the sport center and concert arena. There are also a bakery, pizzerias, a small corner shop and a couple of bars in the area. I strongly recommend the pizzeria just by the entrance of the courtyard to the left. Communication with the host was clear and efficient. All details about how to find the place, the various codes and passkeys were clear and easy to find. The flat itself is nice. It's on the top floor so no issue with neighbours' noise. The bedrooms are spacious and so is the living space.

Points négatifs : It's extremely difficult to find free parking in the area. You'll have to park quite far from the flat. It's terribly hot in the flat in summer. In fact, even the three fans are not enough when it's 40 Celsius outside. Investing in air con units wouldn't be a bad thing. Little details: - there is a coffee machine but no mugs or cups. We used glasses instead. - some plugs are not well fitted against the wall - the bathroom sink overflow is not connected to the pipe ; beware if you're using it. - clarity around the outside gate is needed. We suggest getting one of the keys located at a nearby address first thing and keep it during the stay. Otherwise you might end up stranded in the street overnight. - beds and pillows are not really comfortable. It's a long list but really it's minor and didn't make our stay a nightmare. We had a great time in Reims and I would certainly book Jaures again.

Great comfortable place

Points positifs : Very spacious and perfect for a big family. Lots of beddings and towels available, coffee machine, hot water. Good communication, central location, parking available. Highly recommend for travellers with small kids/ babies/.

Points négatifs : Could have been cleaned better (wipe with dry towel the douche cabin doors), little fixtures could be covered. But very minor things

Points positifs : Very nice and clean place. No air-conditioning, but every room has a fan. They have everything you need, even coffee and tee.

Points négatifs : A little bit complicated to get in, hard to understand on phone where exactly you should go. Would be better if you guys send email where you can explain how exactly to get in.

Super Wohnung für mindestens 5 Personen in einer tollen Stadt. Es ist so viel Platz, dass sogar noch mehrere Luftmatratz

Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, nur 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der gleichen Straße sind mehrere Bäcker, Bistros und kleine Läden. Sonntags gibt es einen offenen Lebensmittelmarkt auf dem man tolle regionale Produkte kaufen und auch direkt vor Ort essen kann.

Points négatifs : Die Küche sollte besser gereinigt werden und das Türschloss muss erneuert werden.

Alles perfekt gelaufen, keinerlei Beschwerden oder Probleme!

Points positifs : Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gute Organisation. Gute Zentrale Lage, und eine schöne Unterkunft!

Zalig weekendje

Points positifs : Heel gezellig en goed in orde. Vlakbij het centrum. In elke kamer is een ventilator voorzien.

Points négatifs : Gang van het appartement wordt niet verlucht waardoor er een muffige geur en veel warmte hing. In het appartement ook maar na grondige verluchting was het helemaal goed. Onderburen waren zaterdagnacht heel luidruchtig bij het thuiskomen van een nachtje stappen. Dat hoor je wel.

Schöner Unterkunft

Points positifs : Die Ausstattung war schön. Alles da was nötig war. Nähe Zentrum. Vor dem Haus waren Parkplätze vorhanden

Points négatifs : Die Informationen für Check in alles auf französisch. Erreichen des Personal nicht einfach. Bis wir alles übersetzt haben und die Wohnung gefunden haben. Hat uns 1.5 Std gekostet
