Points positifs : J’ai beaucoup aimé l’appartement, très moderne, niveau propreté rien à dire, lumineux, et bien placé.
Points négatifs : Je n’ai pas apprécié que l’on ne m’envoie pas les instructions pour l’appartement la veille, nous avons du attendre 1 heure avec d’avoir le code pour la porte d’entrée afin d’avoir les clés. Et le parking ce n’est pas du tout pratique le fait qu’il soit à 5 min de marche du logement on nous étions.

A rebooker
Points positifs : nous avions apprécié : 1- la sécurité dans le bâtiment ( digitalisé) 2- l'appartement est très propre et bien équipé dans l'ensemble 3- décoration, simple et avec des touches de couleur.
Points négatifs : Le lit n'est pas très confortable.

A comfortable studio apartment in a quiet location
Points positifs : The host was very prompt in responding to messages, thank you. The studio apartment was very comfortable, with nice furnishings (bed, sofa, curtains) and a well-equipped kitchen area (2 ring hob, small stand alone oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, fridge, plenty of cutlery, pots and utensils). The bathroom was a nice size with a good shower. The area was very quiet, and there was a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The main old town of Meaux was 15 minutes walk away, as was the really lovely lush canal...where we spotted otters and red squirrels!
Points négatifs : To initially unlock the apartment door, you had to download a (free) app onto your smartphone and use that to link to bluetooth to electronically unlock the door. Especially with the language barrier for the instructions we were worried about this, though actually it did work fine. Once inside the apartment you could then use a proper physical key for the rest of your stay (or continue to use the electronic key app). The apartment faces west, with just one window (a french door) for fresh air. Because it was very hot when we were there, we kept the metal shutter blind down all day so as to not be too hot when we came back in the evenings, as we didn't want to risk leaving the french door open whilst we were out. Two bath towels were provided (there were two of us) but no hand towels for the wash basin, or for drying wet hair. These extra towels would have been useful.

Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten sehr schöne Zeit
Points positifs : Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.Die Wohnung ist nicht klein und sehr viel Platz vorhanden.Viele Ausstattung Gegenstände,Duschgel & Shampoo vorhanden,Waschmaschine und Waschmittel war sehr vom Vorteil.Personal ist sehr freundlich,nett und sehr hilfsbereit gewesen sehr großes Dankeschön dafür und die Wohnung sehr sauber gewesen war.Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten sehr schöne Zeit.
Points négatifs : In die Unterkunft rein zu kommen war nicht gut beschrieben und hatten unsere Startschwierigkeiten bis uns eine Bewohnerin geholfen hat.Parkmöglichkeiten etwas zu weit.Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert hat eine Salatschüssel wäre nicht verkehrt und wie man die Heißluftfritösse benutzen kann wäre auch nicht schlecht.
