Nice&clean apartment

Points positifs : very nice and super clean apartment, host was very nice, comfortable bed, parking was free in front of building, very easy accessible, we can arrived sooner than check in time

Points négatifs : the street in front of building is little bit noisy but it’s not too much problem for us and we knew it before

Perfect base for exploring Epernay

Points positifs : If you are going to Epernay this is the place to stay. The place is even better in person - it is very warm, clean and inviting. Communication was excellent and the hosts gave a great list of recommendations which was really helpful for our short stay. We also appreciated having the option to self check-in as we arrived quite late in the day after hitting traffic and leaving Paris later than planned.

Points négatifs : As other guests mentioned, the studio is on the ground floor facing a busy road so you do get some road noise but we did not find this to be a major issue during our stay.

Points positifs : Struttura pulita,essenziale. Posizione della struttura non in centro ad epernay per questo motivo meglio avere la macchina. Parcheggio sempre disponibile.

Perfetto per un weekend in champagne

Points positifs : Sarah, la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e d’aiuto. Nonostante fosse in vacanza mi ha aiutato tramite whatsapp e ha risposto alle mie domande. Lo studio era pulito, il letto molto comodo e il bagno spazioso. Location non in centro a epernay ma comunque a meno di 10 minuti a piedi.

Points négatifs : Forse siamo stati sfortunati noi, ma gli altri ospiti al mattino facevano molto rumore passando fuori dalla nostra porta svegliandoci.
