Points positifs : La proximité du centre, logement pratique au 2e étage. Des convecteurs électriques de bonne qualité et un logement fonctionnel.

Points négatifs : Un séchoir pour cheveux et un produit de douche, des oreillers plus épais.

Points positifs : Le logement est bien situé et très propre. Bien équipé aussi

Points positifs : Rapport qualité/prix. Appartement spacieux, calme et bien situé en centre ville.

Points positifs : Bel appartement, du charme, bien équipé, dans un immeuble ancien, rénové avec goût et dans l'esprit du lieu, loin des standards que l'on voit partout Très clair, beaucoup de fenêtres, jolie vue, calme

Points négatifs : Les stores pas tout à fait opérationnels pour une chambre exposée à l'est (lumière très forte en été dès l'aube) Les consignes d'accès reçues un peu tard et que je n'ai pas pu lire sur mon téléphone, qui ne reçoit pas les mms. Manque une version texte. Particulièrement nécessaire car le numéro de la rue n'apparaît pas sur l'immeuble, et risque de confusion dans les boîte à clefs. Mais hôte réactif

Points positifs : I had a great stay at this beautiful place. It´s a truly authentic petite local apartment located in the center of the town, super close to Avenida de Champagne and train station. I loved the poetic boho vibe of the place. For cold days (like those I stayed there in the beginning of December) there is a perfectly working heating system to keep you cozy. Comfy bed. Yes, the kitchen and bathroom are really small, but this is a french artistic style, so I liked it.

Points négatifs : The only downside were very noise neighbors very late at night during one of the nights of my stay (to be fair, this happened during the famous festival Habits des Lumiers in Eperney, so I could understand the excitement). Also maybe some upgrades on the kitchen ware would be nice (proper knife, chopping board etc, but nothing major).

Best location for Avenue de Champagne

Points positifs : Excellent location and easy walk to Avenue de Champagne. Lots of cafes and food choices nearby .

Points négatifs : The bathroom was quite small, and it was quite dark at night walking into the courtyard to get to the apartment.Stairs were a bit tricky with the suitcase.

Really good value place to stay in Epernay

Points positifs : Brilliant location in heart of Epernay Good cafes nearby Short walk to avenue de Champagne Thomas (the host) really helpful Apartment is cosy and has everything you need - on a small scale

Points négatifs : Not really a dislike - more of a warning to older people and/or those with big suitcases - on second floor - no lift- spiral staircase challenging with heavy luggage

Points positifs : Thomas is very good and kind host, very responsive, gave us useful tips and recommendations, location of the appartment is really convenient, you have everything you need, located in the city center, about 10 minutes to av de Champagne. I definitely recommend.

Points positifs : De locatie is geweldig, het appartement is prima, alles wat je nodig hebt is er, en alles goed verzorgd.

Points positifs : The location was great, flat is not big but comfortable and has everything we needed.

Points négatifs : the floor is a bit thin and feels odd, but it didn't have any impact on our stay.
