Points positifs : EXCELLENT SUPER Très belle expérience.Nous ne pouvions pas imaginer un meilleur emplacement.Apparemment très très confortable,situé dans la plus belle avenue et hyper proche du centre ville,seulement 3 minutes à pied.Accueil parfait et propreté irréprochable!!! L’appartement était moderne avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et élégant.La déco vraiment super!!! Équipement ultra-complet. Très important, il y a un garage privé !!! Nous reviendrons sans doute…

Great location, lovely apartment but could be better

Points positifs : We stayed here for 4 nights during Habits de Lumiere. We have stayed here previously in Summer 2023 and decided to return due to its excellent location and we really liked the apartment. It is perfectly located and well equipped. It also has parking on site. Arrival and entry to the apartment was easy. There are some negatives which i have included below which if not commented on, things cant be improved, but dont get me wrong, we do really like this apartment, just feel it could be better especially with a significant price increase at certain times. Even though the balcony is not big enough to sit out on, you can stand out there, its nice for fresh air, however, the doors need some maintanance as very stiff and hard to open

Points négatifs : Since we stayed here in 2023 some things have broken and need replacing, its a shame and disappointing. The shutter in the kitchen doesnt open which makes it dark and feel slightly claustrophobic, its a shame as it hides the lovely view of the Avenue. The toilet flush/cistern gets stuck, this was the same as in 2023. The free standing rails for clothes in the bedroom arent really adequate for longer stays, however more annoyingly the larger one is loose and wobbly. Two small rails on the walls would be much more appropriate and would save space. Some drawers could then be put into the bedroom which would give more space for clothes. The standing mirror could be put on the wall, which would then give more space and it would be in a better position for usage as it's at a funny angle. Since we stayed in 2023, some of the crockery has chipped which could do with replacing. The pillows are not good, they are more like cushions. The main one is square and very thin, this was the same as in 2023. We have been staying in Epernay at various apartments for 9 years and this is the only apartment which doesnt leave a half bottle of champagne. I know its a lovely touch and a bonus, but after this being kind of normal in Epernay, it is a nice touch for when you arrive. With all that being said, we have rebooked for the same time next year as we love the location for the festival, however, the price has nearly doubled, its nearly £300 more expensive. We dont mind paying this, as it is the time of Habits de Lumiere festival, however, i would expect things to be of a high standard with such a price increase. The price of other apartments on the Avenue doesnt significantly change at this time. The price doesnt even increase by that much during the Summer peak season. I would expect some price increase for this festival, maybe not quite that much, but would also expect things not to be broken or tired. This is not a critisim just feedback as we do love this apartment

Great location

Points positifs : Fantastic location. Parking is underground, not particularly easy to maneuver into but good to have it. We ended up parking on the road just outside the garage door and never had a problem. Apartment is clean and has what you need in the kitchen. Overall a good place to stay. Very secure.

Points négatifs : You can open the doors onto the Avenue (hard to open) but no balcony, just an open door with rail. My main issue was that there is no wardrobe or drawers for clothes. There are 2 small clothes rails but it would benefit from proper storage space as we had to keep everything in the suitcase.

Would recommend. Great location. Spotlessly clean.

Points positifs : Magda sent instant communication back re our booking even though it was same day. She was extremely helpful. Location is perfect amidst the big champagne houses. Beautiful road. Apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, with big windows, Kitted out with all the basics you will need (especially in the kitchen). Strong shower. Small lift to get you to the 3rd floor. Garage space perfect, with internal access to the apartment (signage to the lift from the garage not great, but we found it eventually). Cleaning lady (very jolly) came promptly at 10am (checkout time) to clean. Would recommend.

Points négatifs : Better signage from car park to lift would be helpful. The bed is firm (just personal preference, but I would prefer with a topper). Everything was great, thank you.

Points positifs : Spectacular location with underground parking - really can’t get much better / flat spacious and nicely decorated and laid out - floor to ceiling sliding windows so lots of fresh air and uninterrupted view Balcony is only a foot wide strip so it’s really just a ledge but you can get the balcony effect - short walk into town along Ave de Champagne - past all the champagne houses and park which had open air concert on - all exceedingly civilised !! Enjoyed our stop off en route south Exceptional staff - Magda - super helpful - THANK YOU

Points positifs : Lovely apartment in perfect location for exploring. Parking is a great bonus too!

Points négatifs : Could do with at least a ceiling fan as very warm. Building is dated but apartment itself is lovely with everything you could need

A comfortable and enjoyable base for touring the region.

Points positifs : The apartment was well located a short walk into the centre. It was spacious, smartly furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. Secure parking was under the building. There was also a complimentary glass of champagne at one of the vineyards

Points négatifs : The entry code was sent while we were travelling without internet access. Fortunately we were able to ring our hostess on arrival so it wasn't a problem.

Excellent location and comfortable apartment for a short break in Epernay

Points positifs : Perfect location - right on the main street of Epernay - Avenue de Champagne. We did not have to walk far to champagne tasting houses. Apartment was large and well furnished. The kitchen was full of everything you could need to prepare meals whilst staying. The bedroom was comfortable - nice bedding. Bathrooms good too, lots of thick towels. Parking was included which is a plus in this town. Not too difficult for our large car to fit in either. Instructions and communications all simple, and timely.

Points négatifs : We missed the turning off for the car parking garage at first as it appeared to belong to no.23. However figured it out and just turned around and drove back up the street.

Great accommodation and great location .

Points positifs : The apartment is very comfortable and plenty of room and the main bonus is location. It is fantastically located only 200 mts from Moet and Chandon .
