Points négatifs : Passage des voitures un peu bruyant depuis l'emplacement, parking un peu etroit

Points positifs : Apparemment très propre décoré avec goût, très proche du centre ville. Literie confortable. Une place de parking

L'endroit est non seulement magnifique, mais aussi idéalement situé. Nous avons passé un week-end magique grâce à vous, et nous recommandons votre logement à 100 %. Points positifs : Comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Large supermarket and downtown with all the restaurants in easy walking distance. Excellent private parking away from the road. We have not met the host, but all communication prior and post visit were excellent. Apartment has all the facilities we could wish for. Bonus points for the good coffee machine and excellent shower

Points positifs : The excellent location, close to L'Avenue de Champagne (don't look for the best champagne there :))), but it is perfect for a promenade.) The apartment is equipped with everything needed for both short- and long stays. Well-designed flat with easy access and a modern bathroom. Just come and enjoy your stay.

Points négatifs : There is no lift. But don't take more than 6 bottles at a time :)

Good value, close to centre, but the apartment block needs an update

Points positifs : Good points were the interesting decor, good value, the parking reasonably close to the centre (10mins to Av de Champagne on foot) and good facilities, including a washing machine (which we didn't use, but an unexpected bonus). Didn't meet the host, only comms were through Booking.com, but getting into the apartment using the key box was fine. It was a decent enough size for two people, the fan against the heat was appreciated.

Points négatifs : It's on a main road, in an 'average' neighbourhood. The common areas (foyer, external doors and stairs), were tired and need updating, The bottom door (to the car parking) would not lock and the front external door was not locked unless we did it. It appears that all the apartments in the building are under the same ownership / management. The apartment itself could do with a refresh, as the doors and walls had chipped paint. No toiletries provided in the bathroom (fine for us, but it might be useful for others to know).
