Appartement confortable et bien placé dans la capitale du Champagne.
Points positifs : Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Hôte très sympa. Excellent emplacement au début de l'avenue de Champagne à Epernay.
Points négatifs : Accès a la seconde chambre via la première.

Points positifs : Accueil au top, pro et souriant. Endroit charmant et full service (dégustation, repas, etc). Literie très confortable et appartement très propre (avec cuisine, belle sdb, etc). A deux pas des grandes maisons de champagne. Très bonne qualité des champagnes maison (grande variéré).

accueil TOP, un hébergement TOP sans oublier une table digne des meilleurs restaurants du coin.
Points positifs : L'emplacement est juste prodigieux à la fois au calme et à proximité de tout ce qui pouvait nous tenter sur Epernay, le petit-déjeuner était varié, copieux et d'excellente qualité avec du Champagne et DU VRAI JUS DE FRUITS PRESSE !
Points négatifs : Ils vont avoir dur de s'améliorer mais des travaux d'amélioration étant en cours c'est sûr nous y retournerons... juste par curiosité et pour le plaisir.

Séjour entre copines
Points positifs : L'endroit est vraiment bien situé pour le départ de tout. Le personnel très très sympathique et à l'écoute. L'appartement très grand et très confortable. Tout est bien propre. Belle vue à l arrière.
Points négatifs : Dommage pour le bruit de la route quand on est sur la terrasse devant la demeure ce serait bien de mettre des petites paillasses sur les barrières pour rendre la terrasse plus cosy... Un peu de manque d info en arrivant on nous a juste donné les clés, rien montrer etc ... mais si on le demande aucuns soucis pour avoir des explications. Le prix est quand même chère pour les planches apero et le ménage (80 euros)

Nice, comfortable stay, Great hosts, In the heart of the Epernay champagne house region.
Points positifs : Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plain but nice. Appreciated the owner serving us Vegemite on a baguette in the spa when he found out we were Australian. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the main Champagne houses.
Points négatifs : Breakfast was limited with no choice.

Perfect apartment for a girls’ weekend.
Points positifs : Fabulous apartment, perfect for a girls’ weekend. Ideal location to explore the Avenue de Champagne. Really good on site restaurant and their champagne is delicious. Spa was great and a real added bonus. Fabrice made us feel very welcome and clearly cares that his guests have a great stay. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay.
Points négatifs : Nothing but if you were staying as 2 couples you should know that you can only access one of the bedrooms through the other one so not overly private which might be awkward if you’re not close family/friends.

Points positifs : This property is magnificent. The hosts are some of the nicest French people you will meet. It is just a remarkable place to stay on the famous Champagne route. Try their restaurant. They have a great tasting menu and a great chef. Top!

The best short stay break I’ve had in a fabulous chateau
Points positifs : The chateau was stunning and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the apartment and it was wonderful. Lots of care given to finer details. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them. We chatted with the owner, and other staff members. The spa facilities were wonderful especially when had a bottle of champagne in the hot tub. The dining experience was fabulous, we enjoyed 7 courses which was a gastronomic sensation. The champagnes produced by this house are amongst some of finest I’ve tasted. I would recommend this chateau, the staff and their champagne to everyone and can’t wait to visit them again.

Great value for money & perfect location
Points positifs : This is a great option when visiting Épernay. The location is excellent, right at the bottom of Avenue de Champagne, and the apartment itself is of a good standard. While the interior design wasn’t really to our taste, it’s still a practical and comfortable choice. The apartment isn’t luxurious but it works well, especially for groups. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’d recommend this apartment - it’s good value for money and a solid base for exploring Épernay.
Points négatifs : You receive one free hour at the spa and it isn’t part of the hotel - you must book it for private use, and you can’t use it at your leisure. We skipped breakfast, as €22 per person seemed pricey for what was offered and the coffee was poor quality. The aesthetic / interior design is honestly mad - it will be to someone’s taste though. The doors also need oil - they’re so squeaky - which is loud when someone uses the bathroom at night.
