Bien placé, propre et prix correct.

Points positifs : Propre, Proche du centre, des restaurants et maisons de champagne du centre, on peut tout faire à pied. Équipement très correct. Chambre donne sur l’arrière, cuisine côté rue peu être un peu bruyante mais les fenêtres fermées ce n’est pas grave. Hote réactive et agréable.

Points négatifs : Rien.

Points positifs : Appartement d'un beau volume, très lumineux décoré avec goût et bien insonorisé. De plus, sa situation, proche du centre, permet un déplacement sans voiture

Points négatifs : Le fait d'avoir 3 étages à monter

Points positifs : The location is perfect. It’s just a few steps away from the Moet and Chandon House.

Points négatifs : Small issue for us but maybe helpful to others- this is a gorgeous old building with a nice spiral staircase. So if you have heavy bags be prepared to walk up the spiral staircase.

Very good value for money and great location.

Points positifs : The location was perfectly situated between the train station, cafes/restaurants, shops and the Avenue de Champagne. The apartment was the perfect size for a couple. Our hosts were very accommodating in allowing us to extend our checkout for a couple of hours until our train arrived and the instructions to access the apartment were excellent.

Points négatifs : The drain in the bathroom sink was quite smelly.

Small cosy apartment, very close to town and station - good value for money

Points positifs : Small, comfortable apartment about 3 minutes walk from railway station - great if you’re arriving by train. 5 minute walk to town centre and very close to restaurants and champagne houses. Kitchen is well equipped. Owners very helpful in relation to access and asking if we would like to checkout later. Overall, good value for money and very cosy.

Points négatifs : Bedroom is tiny but not a problem. Bit noisy as it’s on a busy road, but location more than compensates for this.

Points positifs : Great location with everything you need, great assistance by the owners making it a an easy trip.

Perfect location for champagne tours!!

Points positifs : Fantastic location…long stay car park 40m away, beginning of Avenue de Champagne 150m away!! Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All self check-in information from the owner was perfect!

Points négatifs : No air conditioning…we were there at a very hot time and the fan provided in the bedroom just wasn’t enough. No natural light in the majority of our apartment.

Points positifs : What a gorgeous little apartment in the most amazing location for Épernay! We absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much to the hosts who also sent a lovely message with lots of recommendations around the area for all sorts of things, I hope we can come back another time!

The apartment was an excellent base for exploring Epernay with great facilities.

Points positifs : The property was very clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Details to gain access were clear and simple. We had the third floor which was a bit of a trek with the stairs being narrow and winding but it was not an issue for us. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for us as we were two couples travelling. Th kitchen space was excellent and had everything we needed, although we didn't need to cook for our short stay. being n the third floor we had good views out.

Points négatifs : Ha, only one thing was that for the 15-20mins when we were getting to ready to go out and watching TV, we noticed the batteries for the remote control were missing and had to use the old fashioned method of manually turning the channel over .
