Lovely, quiet stay in Ay.

Points positifs : Location of the property is excellent being in the centre of Ay and 3 minutes walk of the excellent Pressoria, and named Champagne houses. This is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large sitting/dining area and separate kitchen. You have the option to park outside the property (no charge) or a private garage around the back. The beds are large and comfortable and the apartment is generally quiet. Wifi was easy to access and worked well. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Overall it ticked our box in terms of our requirements.

Points négatifs : The flat is a little tired in terms of decor, but of course that is subjective! The cleaning could have been better, particularly in the kitchen area.

A very convenient place to stay right in the centre of Ay

Points positifs : Great location, clean and spacious accommodation, friendly host and most things required were provided. Very easy to walk to the market, the shops and, most importantly, all the local champagne houses!

Points négatifs : The title mentions a private garage but this was not available (though we could park just outside the property so it was not a major issue); the details did not make clear that one bathroom was downstairs away from the rest of the accommodation; the kitchen lacked a few utensils which would have been helpful.

High standard accommodation, really spacious (two couples sharing) therefore enjoyable.

Points positifs : Great location. Property was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Points négatifs : Private parking, garage door did not open and looked tight. Actually was not an issue as we could park outside the property in the street.

If we have the oppertunity to visit France again, we'd definitely stay there again.

Points positifs : Our flight was delayed and our friends was waiting for us to arrive. The host met them and let them in and was very helpfull We had a very good stay and I would reccomend it. Everything was as I ecpected.
